Ingress and Google Glass. The pair that will last forever

Ingress, the game developed by Google last year, is a very odd piece of entertaiment. The game is actually set in the real world; Players roam about anywhere they please and collect energy,while looking for places-of-interests called "Portals". Players of two opposing factions fight against each other by capturing the portals (the process consists of walking up to a "portal" in real life and then using your phone to place a resonator near it) and linking them together to capture large pieces of land. Sounds fun, but why would Google ever make such a game?

Love from the First Sight

     Three Hundred and Sixty Five days ago I was roaming about my local Best Buy with a desperate need for a replacment of my computer, which kissed this earthly world good-bye after a failed overclocking attempt. Back then I had close to no idea why anyone would need a tablet. Slow, clunky interface of Android or very restrictive iOS didn't appeal to me in any manner. Of course, it was all about to change. After walking around the computer section of the store for what seemed to be ages, my eyes fell upon this little thing:

"What is this" was my initial thought. a laptop? a tablet? It was the best of both. After messing around with it for about twenty minutes, the decision was made, and I bought one right there on the spot. It was not what  came for, but as I later realized, it was worth it. (Beware, lots of pictures and traffic)
